Only my first work day into my new resolution to keep my work hours closer to normal and I foresee failing miserably! I worked 9 hours today and see at least 10 hours every day this week. Found out today that I have an all-day meeting tomorrow. Thursday won’t be so bad because it’s a pop in & out all-day meeting. The problem is that I also have to finish delivering my November one on ones (which I was supposed to do 3 weeks ago) AND start writing my December One on Ones which are supposed to be delivered by MONDAY. Yeah, I see that happening. Oh yeah, that’s in addition to a week long report I have to have finished by Friday so reps can get their bonus submitted on time and also in addition to the 20 Quality Monitorings I have to deliver (10 of which I do myself), Emails to answer, and another report that I need to pull and catch up on. Somehow 8 hours ain’t gonna cut it when there are only 24 more work hours in the week and 8 of those I’m in a meeting.
*sigh*.
