Crazy Weather!

I wonder if anyone’s still reading? I’ve got nothing but spam comments for the past few months and it gets tiring deleting them & not seeing anything else.

Anyway, today it was a record high 95 degrees in Dallas. Yes, you read that correctly - NINETY-FIVE. In April. This beat a record set in 1913. The norm for this time of year is 76.

Looks like it’s going to be a hellaciously hot summer this year. Still not much rain to speak of so that also doesn’t bode well for the summer.

The plus side to this heat (at least as explained by Channel 8 yesterday) is that we have a heat cap over the Metroplex and that has pretty much stopped the formation of tornadoes during unsettled weather patterns.

Here’s a look at where I plan to be next Sunday: MSAF

Have a good week, everyone!
