I think not. This idiot lady in Framingham, MA “thought she was going to die” when she was tossed from a Dumpster she was scouring for cans into the rear of a garbage truck. The 2-page article goes on to talk about what happened and the fact that the Dumpster has a caution sign that warns “‘Do not play on, around or occupy this container for any purpose.” Intead, Darwinism took over and this lady decided the sign didn’t apply to her and was inside the dumpster looking for cans.
Of course she made sure to mention that she blacked out in the emergency room and that although doctors say she has a sprained ankle she believes it’s broken. She was also stupid enough to state “I’m on disability because of my back, and I can’t even do my physical therapy.” ARE YOU SERIOUS, DUMBASS? I would think it could be considered disability fraud if you’re on disability for a bad back but you’re well enough to haul your fat-ass into a dumpster to look for cans.
Waste Management wanted her to sign a waiver to say it wasn’t their fault that this happened to her, but the genius refused and has stated she’s going to a lawyer. How the hell is this Waste Management’s fault? She clearly ignored a sign that told people not to get into the dumpster. She was trespassing on Private Waste Management Property. She’s also pissed that she lost her cell phone when she got dumped into the trash truck. *sigh*. Human stupidity knows no bounds. The only thing that could make this case worse is A)She isn’t investigated for Insurance Fraud and B) Some dumb-ass grand jury awards her damages. She brought this on herself.
