I have been craving a McChicken sandwich since 5:00 this evening. 4 hours for a stupid chicken sandwich! I decided I would not give in to the craving! I would be good! I decided on a low-carb bagel with cream cheese. Why are they moldy already? I mean, granted, it’s been a week and a half since I bought them, but still. This was craving-busting time & I was foiled! Guess I’ll just go to bed hungry.
Well, going to bed hungry is not fun. So, I decided to have a steakum with cheese & onions on a low-carb tortilla wrap. That was 13g of carbs which put me over for the day (by about 3 or 4g), but it was better than the alternative: A McChicken Sandwich which is 40g just by itself!!! I’m glad I had the willpower to fight that one off.
